Policy for reimbursement
We hold an uncompromising stance—all curated acquisitions are explicitly regarded as final sale purchases without opportunity for return or refund for non-Black Card members (see ensuing question). Indeed, we thoroughly appreciate a client's prerogative to acquire and divest of articles as they so choose. This principle inspired our esteemed Black Card Membership which, among its multitude of privileges, grants holders full examination and unrestricted return privileges on all procurements.
Mistakes can happen, even for esteemed curators like us. If your order shows up looking less than pristine - whether damaged, defective or not as described - simply reach out to our Ambassadors team within 7 days or receipt.
Quality is king at HVNDRED, so we'll rectify any flawed situations promptly. Just let us know and we've got your back!

For Black Card Members:
As an esteemed HVNDRED Black Carder, you have the privilege of repatriating any items that fail to spark joy within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Simply log into your account, navigate to the "Returns" section, and follow the prompts to facilitate a hassle-free return. We'll swiftly issue you instructions to send back the item(s). Once received by our Returns Department, you'll be refunded the full purchase amount charged to your original payment method. No extra fees, no headaches - just our commitment to your ultimate satisfaction.
For Non-Members:
While non-members are unable to return items simply due to changing one's mind, we firmly stand behind the quality and authenticity of every product sold at HVNDRED. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, defective or blatantly misrepresented, we'll make it right. Just reach out to our Ambassador team within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue. We'll be happy to arrange a return and provide a refund or suitable replacement at our discretion. All other non-member purchases must be considered final sale. But don't worry - with the unbeatable prices and premier brands we offer, chances are you'll be too busy feeling like a trendsetting VIP to want to return anything! Note: Returns are accepted on purchases made at the time of or after becoming a Black Card member
